Data We Collect

We collect your name, email, phone number, payment identifiers (UPI handle, Paytm or PhonePe number) and session logs. We collect nothing beyond what is needed to operate your account and meet verification requirements.

How Long We Keep It

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. After account closure, we keep transaction records for the period required by applicable Indian financial regulation, then delete them from live systems.

Cookie Controls

We use essential cookies to keep your session secure and analytical cookies to understand how the lobby performs. You can withdraw consent for non-essential cookies at any time via the cookie banner or account settings.

Account Security

Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms; we never store them in plain text. Two-factor authentication is available for your account and we recommend you enable it from the security tab in your profile.

Requesting Changes

To correct, download or erase your personal data, go to Account Settings and select Data Rights, or contact us via the legal email. We process corrections immediately and erasure requests within 30 days of identity verification.

Your account agreement is subject to the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where mainslott operates and where you access the platform. Access and eligibility are determined by local law, and the agreement is interpreted accordingly.

We send an email notification to your registered address before material changes take effect. Minor updates are noted in the revision log at the bottom of each document with a date stamp so you can track what changed and when.

Any verified and approved withdrawal in the queue is processed to your registered UPI, Paytm or PhonePe account before closure is finalised. We do not cancel withdrawals that have already been approved at the time you submit your closure request.

Submit a formal dispute notice through the legal form in Account Settings or by written email. Our compliance team reviews disputes within five business days and provides a written outcome. You can escalate further to the relevant authority under Indian law if unresolved.
